With 3 tiers of programming: Personal Training, Individual Design, and APEX F.A.S.T. you are guaranteed to find the training program best for you.

With your membership comes the APEX Proven Process – This includes

A one hour meeting including goal setting and a fully comprehensive fitness Assessment

Introduction sessions to learn the movement basics and receive your customized training and nutrition plan

A Custom TRAINING PLAN and a full access to all APEX Classes

Four additional consultations per year to talk about your training with your coach.
