Your Guide to Fat Loss

When attacking the issue of obesity I have seen countless people talk about the newest and latest diet plan. These however tend to lead to short-term weight-loss (If any) and a state of misery. Many people struggle with finding the right program from a trustworthy source. I believe that the best weight-loss program is not “new” but instead very old. This is why I put my faith in the Paleo diet and you should too.

The paleo diet is what our ancestors have been eating for hundreds of thousands of years. They did not have any fancy scientific studies backing this up but instead they ate what naturally surrounded them. Our bodies have adapted to these conditions and perform optimally on there inputs. In the early 1960s only 10% of people were obese, in 2017 the obesity rate has risen to over 40% with another 30% overweight. How could this be with all the new technology coming out?

I believe it is because we have unattached from our roots. We have lost touch with nature and our intuition and are instead relying on marketing schemes and technology to tell us how we feel. The first step in the Weight Loss program is a 30 day full diet reset. You can find exact information when you click on the link.

The best part about the paleo diet is the limited issue you will have with Hunger. When your body sends hunger signals to the brain it is not craving food but instead nutrition. I recommend fueling up in this order.

  1. Water
  2. Vegetables
  3. Protein
  4. Healthy Fats
  5. Whole Food Carbohydrates

This diet however is not limited to 30 days. It should be used as a template as to what you put into your body so you get out optimal results.

Here a couple tips to having a successful weight loss journey:

Think long term: Keep your diet simple, if you are very busy and do not have to cook multiple hours a day then take advantage of meal prep. Cook 3 serving of meet at a time. Try intermittent fasting to save time in the morning by skipping breakfast.

Build a support system: Tell your close friends, family, and co-workers about your diet. Join the online community on my facebook page of people going through the diet. You should not be alone in this journey. Share your story with others to motivate them along there journey as well!

Move more often: Being sedentary can destroy your health. It goes back to the saying “If you don’t use it, you lose it.” This could not be more true for the body. I suggest everyone to go on a basic strength program to ensure they are not losing muscle during there weight loss journey. If this is not possible be sure to reach 10,000 steps a day minimum and practice the Joint Mobility warm-up used in many of my programs.

I hope this article helped and feel free to email me if you have any questions regarding your journey.
